Initial Office Consultation Visit Appointment
At your Initial Office Consultation Visit, we will perform a clinical examination, take specific measurements and digital images for your brace, and review your imaging.

Imaging for Initial Office Consultation Visit
Please bring to your Initial Office Consultation Visit, the plain film imaging that has been most recently taken of your curve.

Bracing Visit Appointment
If you elect to be braced, we will need to confirm your appointment for the Bracing Visit with a credit card payment or a certified cheque for the balance owing for your brace within 2 weeks of your Bracing Visit appointment date.

Imaging for Bracing Visit
Following your Initial Office Consultation Visit, and less than 4 weeks prior to the Bracing Visit appointment date, we need you to have the following imaging performed:

1. PA (not AP) full spine x-ray from C5 to S1 with 72 inch focal film distance (these can be taken as 14X17 sectionals);
2. Lateral full spine x-ray from C5 to S1 with 72 inch focal film distance (these can be taken as 14X17 sectionals);

3. Supine AP (not PA) full spine x-ray from C5 to S1 with 72 inch focal film distance (these can be taken as 14X17 sectionals).

Orthodontic Work
For Skeletally Immature Patients (Patients with a Risser Sign less than 4):
Are you undergoing or scheduled for any imminent orthodontic work that will spread or widen your jaws? If yes, please let us know.

What To Bring To Wear

What to bring to wear for both:

• the Initial Office Consultation Visit, and
• for the Bracing Visit.

For Females, your choice of:
-A one piece bathing suit open from shoulders to sacrum, or
-A bikini bathing suit, or
-Sports bra and shorts, or
-Bra and panties.
(Note the back of the top or bra must not be in a "Y" shape).

For Males:
Bathing suit, or
Underwear (not boxers)
